Should I Be Allicated to Emerging Markets?
There is an increased tension between china and the united states that probably will not go away. I would make the argument with the russia situation, that paying an active management fee has mitigated risk across the board during this crisis. i think it is money well spent to maybe not fully index in this asset class, but to be willing to pay some fees to be, i an actively managed fund.
