You need to be intentionally hiring. You have to define specifically based again on your temperament. What does their job look like? What do you want them to do? And what is your interaction with them? Where were the problems or successes that should be on your desk? If you don't have that doubt in, you're going to be shooting from the hip when trying to find that person. I mean, that's the big key.
