Meditation Is Not a Bad Thing

meditation does not involve a lot of the things that i had feared, like finger symbols or whatever. It's simple and secular, and scientifically validated in many, many ways. The whole game is to notice when you're lost in thought and to start over with your mind. When you do that, that is a bicep curl for your brain, and it shows up on the brain skin.
