If you're a good tenant, a landlord will generally try to hold on to you for longer. There's this thing out in the media at the moment that old landlords are monsters. And there's that mutual respect, that goes both ways. I certainly don't have regrets about owning a home early. Ah, that's, that's the route i wanted to go ut. We wanted to go down in stood that by owning a home, we could then look to invest at some point. With renting, you've got your rental payments and ind debt is, that's all it is.
