How to Make Meetings Work

I was working at an agency called Happycog for Jeffrey Zeldman in my boss at the time. Greg Hoi asked me to fix a meeting that we had, a style of meeting. From there, I went on this journey of joining a cult of people who geek out about facilitation as an area of growth. It's very common to look at the system that is around us like meetings and say this system is creating my circumstance.
