Eric Liu: Sleep has been something that I think Greg and I are both pretty fascinated in because we have generally terrible sleep habits. So first things first, why exactly do we sleep? Why is it so important to us as organisms? Well, if you don't sleep, you die, Eric. But outside of that, I don't know that we have an exact reason. When it comes to a more focused look at sleep, obviously, one would think that poor sleep would impact performance or maybe even have negative effects on body composition.
