In his personal case, i don't see that as a high priority. My main focus here is on athletic performance as well as longevity and recovery from athletic performance and working out. I end up fasting extensively anyway. A lot of times it's the nibbles of dark chocolate until 12 noon, with the previous meal being ended at eight p m or so.
