The Role of Role Playing Games in Obsidian
There's a few things about these games that I think make them well suited for this usage of a tool like Obsidian. So one thing is it's a social experience, right? These are games that are played by groups of people and in some ways the players and the dungeon master create the experience somehow. Another dimension here is that they're also dependent on kind of very rich information structures. Which again, would lend them to being captured in some kind of hypertext metadata driven system.
