Men have to wear suits and women have to wear dress pants or maybe a nice blouse, maybe even a suit jacket. You cannot go like with your regular clothes, right? You cannot go jeans or a fluff. The thing is there is a dress code. So it's very important and a lot of people don't know that. It definitely helps if you take the interview very seriously and you respect the person,. especially the way you speak to them.
