The Hillsdale Dialogue on the Abolition of Man

NBC News reports that the US is prepared to launch a pre-emptive strike with conventional weapons against North Korea if officials become convinced. The estimate of loss of life in 1994 of a Korean conflict was 4 million people in 48 hours. We can have some confidence because of Mad Dog and his colleagues and McMaster, right?
