The Same Pattern I Remembered When I Was Depressed

"I remember one time I literally didn't leave my room for three weeks, except to go to the bathroom and get food. This was during school, I just didn't go to classes, didn't do my work," he says. "But also at the same time, I was just super into programming... And this meant that I definitely continued this pattern when I wasn't what I would now term as depressed or sitting in my bed for three weeks." He goes on to talk about some of his favorite memories from college.
