Sea turtles imprint on where they were born. That's why they go back to do their breeding and nesting again. Is that reproductively good or bad? In a population that has very low numbers of turtles, it's possible. If there's a large enough population, I don't think we have an issue with inbreeding. But if we're talking about 10 females and 10 males, maybe a little bit of a problem.
