How to Slow Down Your Running
Every single world record from the whatever 800 meters and up to the marathon has been broken with a cadence of in the range of 179, I think, to 205, 210, 212 even. So 180 is not a magic number, but it seems to be the minimum, minimum effective if you look at what the the elites are doing. But one thing that comes up is at these normal easy runs, your normal endurance runs just to go out and smell the roses?
