Fist bump or giving someone knuckles is a common greeting in the United States. If somebody does the same motion over and over for many years with their wrist, they can get corporal tunnel syndrome. In that picture, the person has a bruise or black and blue on their upper thigh. The front part of your upper leg is called your thigh.
