In the first ninty days, it's kind of in you to figure out what processes are there. You can do this by just bing simple things like, what is the meeting cadens? What meetings are people in? Ah, what do people talk about in those meetings? And then again, go back to point one, relationship building. Get to know them to figure out, ha, like, this is me, this is what i do. How do you think i can support you? How can you support me? So really keep an eye on those. Another thing that also can be overlooked a lot is how do you want to measure the success of your role? Soy
