I like acrobatics because they're bloody robust, like little tools. And you can travel like I just packed 10 of them today into a van for a training camp next week. The body perceives this as like external perturbation that it needs to cope with. So we do heaps of things where we're in different like leaning positions and punching, splashing the bag. That's not to say we don't do like heavy bracing core co-contractions work and stuff like that. We do like hanging work, planking stuff like this, still with either high load or lighter loads and high time pressure or force pressure. But for that sort of stuff, yeah,
