The California Common Beer

A steam beer is its name, but nobody knows. There's rumors that like it was because of the way that they cooled down stuff in San Francisco. Dump means steam, I guess, but that seems a little too clever. And then there's another one that comes from like the kegs you'd have to like let off a little steam first.
