Cathode Assisting UTIs

The NHSN, the National Healthcare Safety Network, their definition of a catheter associated UTI is very blunt and lacks any specificity for the most part. So you got a catheter in for more than two days, you got a fever,you got a positive culture, you've got a CAUTI. But again, it's very narrow circumstances. I'm struggling even right now to think of what an example of that might be.
