Cold, temperate countries will benefit from more fish. Tropical and sub tropical countries would be devastated fishery wise. The poore nations around the equator are going to be at the short end of the stick in coming decades. This transition is already happening. And with salmon, is is very visible, because this is thers, a major industry bill billed around salmon.
