Populism and Nationalism in the Mass Electorate
I think in both cases we've gotten a little bit different perspective from a sociological lens about mobilization and context. The other thing that kind of jumps out at me is we've really I think touched on both these mobilization techniques by elites but also the kind of worldviews held at the mass level. It seems to me like one of the kind of ironic takeaways that I've kind of glummed on to here is that populism is an elite strategy rather than maybe a mass a worldview in the mass electorate.
