The Gift of Adversity
The company has been improving slowly, probably too slowly, but we're getting r with every new week. Progress in improvement is born from n in our company, we're not a pro team. A lot of our folks are junior or even new to their discipline, to you what they're doing. So after that first week, i learly spent four hours here in the office in the dark, just kind o thinking about how to solve a lot of the problems we were faced with. And then, and then, i i got better, formulated a plan,. i started executing the plan, and now, not only me, the company been improving.
