I Thought You Could Do Better on Your Own

I thought I was spending too much time dealing with personnel and administrative things when I was on my own firm. Well, not necessarily because before I had a whole team of people that was in charge of building contracts or holding different individuals or projects. Now it was me and only me and I was a sole practitioner for a little while until I thought, well, I need to find the perfect partner who can take care of those portions of that very important part of the practice. That allowed me to spend a little bit more time on the design and documentation and coordination portion of the business.
