Anna: I think one of the biggest parenting mistakes people make is that they teach kids to have an external locus control by telling them like rain is bad. So much of what you love is on the other side of discomfort, which most people bounce off of. Anna: You can train yourself to love that place where your body is saying, um, resistance, right? And if you do it really hard, then what's going to start happening is that that place is going to become one of pleasure.
