The Impermanence of Sexual Energy, Sexual Desire

It's important to become conscious and mindful in this area because as we all know, sexual energy is a tremendously powerful force. One of my very favorite Burmese English translations was when Saira Upandita was talking about this. He went on for some time but the translator kind of just expressed it all by saying lust cracks the brain. So we need to pay attention because it has that power. We don't have to do anything about it. We can just experience it, understand it, see its nature.
