The Importance of Optimizing the User Experience
The typical rule of thumb that a user starts to feel slowness? It's like half a second or a quarter of a second. A hundred milliseconds is the place where the user perceives that life. If you are not thinking about smart ways to do that, or optimizing when it gets loaded, basically, to the user's view, you're going to have a real impact on your user experience and things will slow down.
