There's a big difference between debating an idea and criticising a person. If you're saying there's a typo on page six, i think that's fair game say publicly. Whereas you always make typos something you need to say in private. At least in my mind, when when i've thought about this, we like implement in my own version of it, at the stage of debate, i want people to come in with questions, not answers.
