Children Need Self Control for Learning and War and War

Children that are as young as two to four years old, they already average 2 and a half hours of screen time a day. The problem is that when children are very young, there are certain parts of their brain that are not yet mature. I find it problematic that we're putting children into a digital world before some critical mental functions are fully developed.
