When we say something like, it wasn't intentional, or i didn't mean anything by it, is that an indicator to us that we might be doing harm? I think any time you're lecturing someone else on assuming good intent of you, what you should be saying is, i'm sorry. Start with those words instead. When it comes to the ies and norms and commitments, how do you think we did? I think that we did well. But there were a couple where, you know, i kem and i always love d briefing after these conversations. You can be an incredibly kind person and have problematic behavior and language.
