A quarantine morning routine will allow you to feel less anxious, more energized and more relaxed while the a current uncertain times play out. The way i start it off is with an immunity and energy te so i'm a coffee drinker. I recently took a one week break from kaffine, and am trying to limit its intake right now,. And so i've replaced that with a tea. So once i make the tea, i go over to my desk where i have a journal that's dedicated to long form a journalling. And i do something called morning pages. These days, i'm writing a lot about my anxieties, things related to cove 19, other economic uncertainties
