How to Choose the Right People for Your Business

When you're employing either management positions or even just employees. What do you look at for people that are effective and would contribute well to a business? You want to choose people with attitude over skill set now i appreciate if you're employing accountants they need to have the skill set but so you got 10 candidates come for the job and nine of them are you know super qualified but they've got the wrong skill set sorry, some of the attitude stinks. Try and choose to someone that's got the base skill set maybe a medium skill set not be blinded by an amazing CV  and their attitude stinks is where i've always come across in my career.
