I love canned responses. I've been using templates forever, right? Like I will write a whole bunch of them, copy and paste them. It's one of the ways that I share a lot of time in my workflow. If you're sharing updates with families like every Wednesday, for example, use a template. You don't have to start from scratch every time. There's a tool that I've shared on the blog called text blaze T X T blaze. Even if you're updating a portal, this is a Chrome extension.
