If you work out really, really, really hard a it all disappears. It's really good for you to get out a lot of that stress. You can do this too, like martial arts. If you do jujitsu or boxing or mma,. go and, you know, fight, do some sparring, right? Someone's trying to choke you or knock you out, all those problems disappear from your mind. All the worry disappears, and you're just focused on this moment right now. So often doing something very, very tough is actually very useful for getting rid of a lot of worry and stress.
