How to Find a Great Strength Coach for Runners?

If you're going to do a cold approach, you got to be proactive. Nothing beats word of mouth. You just want to make sure that they're at all times taking your goals into consideration. And the words they use matter. There are some red flag words that i think some finished professionals use.
