Is That a Key Idea for King?

In both locke and in the case of king, they associate the new negro with moving around rigts. So is that a really key idea for king? It isn't just about the migration from a to cities. But i think there it's more just people who perhaps had sort of narrow perspectives,. haven't seen the world, but are now being exposed to all these different things.
