Paulina: I think back to my summer interning at one of the big law firms and it was the summer of the 2010. She describes how something similar happened to her supervisor, who is one of three tenured Latinx professors at the George Washington University Law School. "That's that implicit racism that we definitely experienced where we all don't look alike," she says.
