Owen: I'm glad you picked up the book, because one of the things i really want to promote throughout the book is that try a little thing. Try just a small tweak notice it and really look at and evaluate it. You don't eed to change everything, but ou should be taking ideas, models, inspiration, frameworks, and adapting them to fit into your contexts. O'Brien: Most people who are practitioners in learning loment don't have a big voice in their organization. So there's quite a lot in the book building up to those changesi for exactly that reason,. That you need to build a network within your own organization.
