The Need for a UX Community

I think there is a need and I think there is interest, I'm very active on Twitter and I've talked to a lot of people at different organizations and companies. So you've got to instantly read, okay, read off, what do they understand, where are they, what am I doing here? And that's really not easy, I don't think it's not them to do X. If we talk about the flock aspect of it, I agree, I think one of the solutions is for there to be simply a group or a de facto leader or leaders that just start this sort of form.
