The Importance of a Netflix Release
"It was obviously always going to be a Netflix movie, it has to be watched at home. It greatly affected how we made the film," he said. "I think there's still an appetite for theatrical releases which I think Top Gun proved." He added that people have televisions sometimes that are almost as big as these screens and so they can in certain instances watch and experience it on a big screen in an immersive environment.
