The Language of Engineering Is So Important

Trevor: It's so important to be willing to interrupt bias in engineering culture. We don't have enough people who look like the populations who can identify ith those populations, thf the can sit at the table and make it better. And we also know that wi these populations are still experiencing so much hate on every single platform.
