I love that bit in the book where you talk about a low context world. For me, I see this more and more even just around my own dinner table when I go home for Christmas,. We do have a lot of context with, with each other, but we're all reading different things. And my dad's reading a different newspaper to me and disagreements happen. Getting the relationship right in a disagreement is the first thing you have to do.
