LaTarsha didn't believe her cousin Clemme's story that she'd seen Curtis the day of the murders. LaTarsha says investigators never said if she connected Curtis to the crime, she would get a reward. "How important do you even think what it is that you have to say as? I don't know once it's the fact," Clemme tells CNN iReport.
