The Warrior Breathing Technique

Brad: Warrior breathing is a way to increase pressure to capillaries and drive oxygen into micro vessels that oxygen would normally not get into quite as well. You're essentially doing short stance of an increase in blood pressure and an increase in oxygenation while actually retaining a little bit of carbon dioxide. And hypoxic walks like that can really help with your breath hold time. Brad: I've got a goal to get up to a five-minute breath hold by the end of the year because I'm going down to Florida and I want to dive below 100 feet.
