The Future of Privacy Law in the States
It's interesting to me that GDPR encompasses the European Union and yet here in the States, we haven't been able to really have much effective movement at the federal level. What's your perception on that? Is that those darn Americans and how we do things? It is. I mean, when you look at it and you go through the list of organizations that have had very hefty fines, these are not small organizations who don't have big privacy programs.
