Do Better for Justice, Alido, and Tell Me Why Is O'Bergofell Safe?
In most states in the country, the answer is no. At any of those two points, could i marry any one i wanted to? Clearly no. The constitution explicitly says in the ninth amendment that it is not spelling out all our rights sor there are other rights. So how do you find out what those other rights are? What's the hook for em? It's interesting that they've chosen the cess clause o the fourteenth amendment is the hook here. And the number of cases where it's been the hook is really pretty impressive.
