How to Create a Culture of Teaching

Leadership doesn't only come from the front, and he's being asked to provide leadership in a different kind of structure than he's used to. One of my favorite tactics is the notion of a blameless post-mortem. We think it would be great if he created a format for a learning retrospective so that the whole team feels like they're teaching each other rather than having a very sort of top down environment.
