The Importance of Safer Breach Charges

I devised a new breaching charge that allowed us to explicitly breach obstacles with minimal fragmentation this prevented injuries to non-combatants innocent civilians who often found themselves in the crossfire. I also started using different tactics from those taught in breaching school and created a database containing all the pertinent information for each breach operation. These charges were so much more expensive we didn't care it didn't matter if those that there were metal door wooden door or whatever door they were we were able to to enter the target fairly safely.
