The supreme court can on doing whatever it wants to do, you know, allow states to nullify constitutional rights. A number of folks have indicated that they were not necessarily board with the way the ultimate product came out. O leary tribe in nancy girtner wrote an oped saying that they began their service on the commission supporting term limits and not supporting court expansion.
