The Foundling Wheel

Babies were being drowned in the Tiber River to such a degree that it was a social problem. The first baby left at this Roman doctors hospital in 2000, I was actually three months old. It's an upright wheel, like a Ferris wheel where the babies have to be placed in little pods that then stay upright as the wheel rotates on aFerris wheel like axis.
