The Dark Side of Metocracy

Last episode we discussed with Indian Woolwich the benefit of Metocracy. Michael Sundell is a professor of political philosophy at Harvard University and wrote a book last year called The Tierney of Merit. He says meritocracy as a system has a dark side, and it rationalizes inequality. It leads the successful to believe that their success is their own doing.
