Aristotle's Anger Is a Desire
Aristotle says anger is a response to being slighted or belittled. So when these things are conveyed, it's not by something external, but by the speech itself. Then it also makes what you're saying more persuasive. He reviews that in chapter one, and then in chapter two he says, we needn't know something about the m so he jumps into an analysis of anger.
